In my experience, the DRK succ is only a problem when it is paired with coordinated LBs/stuns from a premade. I've always been puzzled by the "use Guard" response, because if you have "w" permanently depressed and no additional stuns are applied, you can easily move out of the blender. Guard just slows you down to the point even randos can lock on.
