If you do have evidence Mawlzy, you can post the vid/pics in a revival ticket so at least the community can be made aware.Immediately after this incident I stopped by a well-known maid's stream to see if she could catch the ~!@#$, but unfortunately she was on Crystal. As others have noted, SE tends to punish those who out cheats publicly more vigorously than the cheats themselves, hence the only recourse is the report function.
FWIW I doubt any of the good DRKs leading premades are cheating. When you're smashing the par win-rate by the degree they do, there's simply no point.

Nobody really cares about third party plugins, despite everyone talking about how evil and bad they are half the community is using them, and will continue to do so because SE can't implement basic, easy QoL fixes into their game, and not to mention the RP community literally only plays this MMO because they can use these third party programs, and SE likely isn't willing to take the finnancial hit from implementing anti-cheat programs and making that community move onto another MMO.
I doubt PvP servers are really spreading this garbage, more like pointing and laughing at it. Most of the tools are trash anyway and aren't going to change the outcome of any matches, since they're being used by garbage players who'll die just as much with or without them. I can't even say I really see that much cheating firsthand either. Only a few instances come to mind; White mages who can instaneously Miracle of Nature the second anyone presses their LB button repeatedly, and pick you out of a crowd of 20+ people repeatedly, and the one machinst I saw flying underneath Onsal Hakkar over a year ago. If you are capable of using the eyes in your head to read the MP/HP bars, and your map you really don't need much else to succeed in Frontlines considering the calibre of players we're dealing with on the regular.
Quick PSA to commanders.
If you condescendingly refer to your team-mates as "ducklings" as you issue increasingly confusing commands, odds are you will instill resentment and be ignored by those with a modicum of self-respect.
We understand our role in your game is to pad the win-rate of your premade, but rubbing our noses in that fact will backfire.
Funny thing is, we're far from alone in doing that, making the spam even more useless. A few weeks ago I requested politely (honest) a commander tone it down a bit. Got a less than polite response. Also got 6 commendations. This is why I just auto-mute anyone that spams commands, would much rather see the "this message is filtered/blocked" filling the chat than whatever nonsense they're spewing (especially when there's 50/50 chance it's even making a difference), and that goes double for the ones that add sound alerts while trying to bark orders.

Just a random thought, but....
I wonder if there's a correlation between 'commanders being told to shut up and being muted by a lot of people' and 'commanders preferring to communicate only with their premade in discord and ignoring the rest of the alliance'.

I strongly suspect so. I wouldn't be surprised if the commander that's asked to tone it down more than anyone else - or the one that more people would like to ask - if the one that is likely to refer to the rest of the alliance as "ducklings" as in a prior post.
That's an interesting speculation. I have about a third of regular commanders blocked. It honestly makes little difference if they're playing DRK, since I can support them perfectly well without the chat spam. (In fact I'm far more likely to miss a genuinely useful shout like a pinch warning because it's buried in a mess of condescension and 3-2-1 macros.) But the point is it's perfectly possible to lead a team without being condescending, and spamming chat to the point it becomes perilously close to griefing.
FWIW the silent commanders are a rarity, so I don't think people are being driven to that option because of push-back. It seems to me the chat spamming is a central part of the "performance" that some of these commanders like to stage. It amuses me how little impact these call-outs have on the outcome of the game. It's the DRK+ premade pulling the "ducklings" behind it that does the damage, not someone with a Napoleon complex in chat.
