True. Like kind of weird that Gunbreaker's junction function doesn't modify their limit break. Like maybe if they have tank junction they are immune to slows and roots. Or if they have dps junction, it either makes them deal more damage with each swing of their LB OR the debuff they apply has an increased percentage (like 1% or 2% at most per stack). Or if they healer junction maybe they just get a barrier with a potency based on total damage dealt with the limit break.
As for warrior, its just one massive grab bag of stuff. Increased damage, increased movement, immunity to crowd control, temporarily increased maximum health, increased healing received, also enemies can't guard.
Of the bunch, gunbreaker is, for me personally, honestly the most fair and fun of the four tanks to be fighting. They got some tricks to make themselves somewhat tanky, but they are mostly just damage, speed, and chasing potential.
