These Relics Aren't Relicing

Relic was the highlight of Endwalker and they look better then Ultimate weapons, Diablo 4 season 3 starts today so i wont bother with FFXIV for now.

Relic was the highlight of Endwalker and they look better then Ultimate weapons, Diablo 4 season 3 starts today so i wont bother with FFXIV for now.

I haven't played the game for what feels like 2 months now thanks to a broken laptop, but I've seen the video posted by desperius FFXIV, seen the Drg relic on my boyfriend's screen and even the other weapons around Gridania. Sure, they look better than the ultimate weapons (aside from a few of them...ahem, Sage Manderville Weapon, cough cough, looks like rolling pins xdd) that's all they are ever going to be referred to as. Not like "Bozja Relic!" Or "Anima Weapon!" Just as "Ultimate-Weapon Ripoff" or "Tome Weapon that requires no real skill to acquire". Doesn't matter if you play the game 24/7 or don't, it still makes the game feel less entertaining and more of "Oh do these few dungeons hundreds of times and do the same mechanics every time to recieve a Relic. I don't even feel like calling it a relic now
