Hmmm. Yes. That is indeed what I took it to mean as well. In earlier EXPacs, joining a FARM party meant you had mastery over the trial and were not still practicing the mechanics. The trouble is that I have recently experienced an increasing number of parties with the word "FARM" containing players who definitely still practicing the mechanics. In 2016, for example, if you wanted to practice mechanics I think we listed the party as a "practice party" or "duty completion." Apologies I don't remember what year those filters were added. The word "practice;" however, was typically in the text of the PF ad. Again, this could be my personal experience, or just my imagination...
I was just checking to see if the word is now being used to describe all parties, regardless of skill at the trial, or if it could just a word being picked up by newer players who are in the process of learning the lingo.
