Party Buff and Instanced Content...

I don't know if this has been posted before (i did a really quick search) so forgive me if it has.

I think that the party buff should be removed (or always on regardless of # of members) from instanced content, and instanced content should be rebalanced for it (if it is removed).

I like the idea of the party buff for exp parties and encouraging exping in full parties. However, in an instanced dungeon the exp is hardly the main purpose, and having a DC becomes even a bigger disadvantage (particularily for the accuracy). Sure, you can make up for it with acc gear, but the principle remains.

Instanced content shouldn't be front line. Party buff should just go away, that is what I think.
