30 - Chasing AoEs, sides/middle cleave line aoes
40 - Twisters. It's just twisters.
50 - A massive boss that charges into you then forces you to run away from it then back into its hitbox or vice versa, half room cleaves, and a ball that paralyses you if you don't kite it
60 - Basically just Gilded Araya
70 - There is an attack where the safespot is 1% of the arena's size, the safespot is different depending on how she feels today, and you die if you fail
80 - Cone AoEs, magnets, and an instant kill zone in the boss's hitbox
90 - Same as floor 70 but it's outside of the boss' hitbox this time
99 - Star AoEs or sunspots, Hot and Cold, and donut/PB aoes with one of two different additional AoEs at the same time.

In my experience, 50 is the second hardest boss and 80 is the hardest. Anyone who thinks that floor 40 is harder than 50 either hasn't fought 50 or fundamentally misunderstands the first "Fourth Turn" boss's mechanics.

...Oh right, your only Savage clears are past expansions' that you did in EW unsynced.
Nah, they're pretty accurate in the lvl 40 boss being the hardest until the floor 80 one, simply because the twisters (while easy to avoid) do have the unforgiving AoE insta-kill.

Meanwhile, the mechanics of the floor 50/60/70 bosses don't actually oneshot (unless you're running this at an incredibly low aetherpool level, maybe). When it comes to the floor 70 boss, "depending on how she feels today" is just hilariously incorrect. The fourth (and last) crystal of each set spawns further out from the center, and indicates where the safe spot will be. Glowing = safespot inside the hitbox, on the side closest to the crystal, not-glowing = safespots on either side of the crystal.

Of course, this is different when it comes to running the place solo, but the person you quoted mentioned running it with a team.
