Everytime I go searching for a complete and correct list for Hamlet by area drops I can't find it, so even though this is very late in coming, allow me to tweak your list:

Well, i think the offhands actually all drop from any of the hamlets as top 20. Ive been getting all kinds of offhands from each location as top 20.

Cullinarian knife at hyrstmill, scythe at aleport, etc. Just random i think. I might be wrong and am just not remembering it correctly.
