PS5 Controller to recognized by FFXIV

After patch 6.55 i haven't been able to get my controller to work on Final Fantasy. I've check steam, checked drivers, tried bluetooth and USB connection but nothing works. Steam see the controller and all the inputs are correct but FFXIV does not see the controller from the character settings menu.

Steps taken before this issue occurs:
Are you on a Desktop or Laptop?
Does this only happen with Final Fantasy XIV?
Does this issue occur for all characters?
Are the Controllers 1st party (Microsoft/Sony/Nintendo) or 3rd party (Off-Brand)?
