To add on, 120Hz screen doesn't matter if the GPU can't output that.
Hell, 1440p is expensive for PC. 1080p upscaled to 4k / 4k 60FPS will be a standard for a bit.
Just a couple years ago 1440p 120Hz dual monitor set up w a 3070 and i5 would cost you alone around 3-3.5k.
I don't think the devs will expect people to have this base budget.
TBH I feel like most of the people obsessing over those numbers can't actually tell the difference without something on screen telling them what they're at.
