Hello,

Let me introduce myself. I am known in FFXIV as Uzziah Jehiel. I play on the Ragnarok server. I've been playing since the game launched in September of 2010 and all of my classes are 50 except Botany, Fishing and Cooking and they are all well on the way. I'm married to Miqo'te (in Real life). Her name is Minxx McWhiskers. I met her when she was a Mithra in FFXI. She lived in England and I lived in the USA at the time. Well, one thing led to another and now we're married and I'm living in England with her now.

Okay, now that the introductions are out of the way, let me get down to business. In January 2011 I started a linkshell on Fabul called Eorzean Nights. It was a social linkshell with a mind leaning towards end game. I figured with my experience in FFXI that starting and running a linkshell in FFXIV should be a piece of cake. Well... NOT. The game was crap back then and players were quitting the game faster than new players were starting. Well, I continued to struggle with this linkshell till the end of 2011. At that point I merged to Ragnarok, hoping that there would be a successful linkshell there or at least a substansial number of UK players so that I could get things done. Again, disapointment set in. I finally joined a linkshell. I won't name that linkshell here, but I'm not happy in it. As a matter of fact, I haven't even logged on to the game for about 6 weeks now.

I love FFXIV. I love what the Dev Team is doing. I know I will love 2.0 when it arrives. Now, I just need a group of people that I love playing with. What I'm looking for is about 16 to 19 people/players that are Avid, Mature, Patient, Loyal, etc. These players would be like minded. All I want is enough players to make up about 2 parties with a few extra for when some of us aren't feeling well or need a day away from the game. Preferably these players would be over the age of 30. They would play at least 5 days per week and at least 4 hours per day. (like I said, Avid Players). The mentality here is that everyone is equal. There is no leader. We all talk together and work out our plans and agenda as a group.

There would be no set in stone agenda for the group or no specific hours. We woulld all simply be flexible and communicate.

I really believe that a group like this can work. If anyone out there shares this idea, leave a post here. I will read this thread daily to check for responses. I would really love to start playing again soon.
