Quest NPC displaying incorrectly in main scenario cutscene.

Steps:
1. Speak to NPC Temulun for main scenario quest "Stars in the Dark".
2. NPC Temulun frozen in standing pose and not animated properly for start duration of cutscene.
3. NPC Temulun corrects to proper sitting animations after dialogue text "Hear me, then. As khatun of the Mol, I invite you all the join us in the Nadaam."

I was proceeding through main scenario MSQ when it occurred. I was doing this quest alongside a streamer, who also had this visual bug occur. I have confirmed this also occurs on my other characters viewing the cutscene from inn rooms and have had multiple people also view the cutscene and confirm the NPC Temulun is visually broken for this cutscene.

To help with identifying this, I have provided screenshots of it as well as a link to a Twitch clip where this occurred for another player. The NPC Temulun should be seated in the chair at the start of cutscene and is displayed incorrectly standing in fixed T-pose until a specific dialogue line corrects it.
