    S Ranks hunting and early pullers

    Early pulling S ranks isn't against the rules but it doesn't allow enough time for most people to travel to them in time. It is frustrating to drop what I'm doing to head to the spawns only to miss out on them time and time again.

    An easy fix for this that hurts nobody and only benefits the community is to put a 5 minute immunity timer whenever an S rank spawns. It will allow plenty of time for people to world hop and travel there.

    That's a really cool idea in concept.

    A think a timer would encourage people to stand around and do nothing and could be used for griefing (think a tank pulling the mark out of range so it deaggro's and resets the immunity buff).

    However, I think, as a modification to your idea, what could achieve this goal would be a sort of "Stoneskin" type shield to break through. It could be beefy enough to slow down the start of a kill, scalable, and would encourage people to fight it and break through.

    Just make a summoning portal appear or something instead of the mob directly, when it is triggered. And after 3-5min the mob steps out of it and appears.

    If you make it invulnerable you have trolls pulling and triggering mechanics with death sentence, which will kill players. And then they don't get contribution, because they did 0 dmg.
