Thread: Character Creation 2.0 - Expectations/Suggestion Discussion

I haven't seen any threads at all talking about Character Creation, thought I would open the discussion myself.



One of my favorite aspects of an MMORPG is the Character Creation system, it is usually the first system that we are introduced to and it gives us the power to create an avatar that is uniquely you. (In most cases. ^^)

From the screenshot above, it would seem we have an excellent amount of new options to choose from and we already know a few things that have been elaborated upon. Such as the ability to change bust size for females and to adjust tail length for Miqote.

My personal wish is for character creation to be worthy of an MMORPG of this generation, I enjoyed the system present in games like Aion which allowed you to create an avatar down to the finest detail but I hope for FFXIV to have some limits to avoid creating little monsters. ^^;

Options are fun for all, what are your hopes and dreams for Character Creation 2.0?

(P.S. Could Female Highlanders get a little love? I wonder what they look like...)
