and no im not hating on her voice. i dont even know how the english voice sounds

I like her voice acting and the V.A did an amazing job!! Especially as a latina, I really like how the pronunciation of things changed when the word was hispanic, it was like "ooohhhh, you are really from Tural!" (bc tural is based in latam); it didn't have that "im no sabo" accent some actors do when they pick up characters that arent their country of origin so, im kinda glad Sena didn't even try to do it even if she could.

Also, I'm happy it is a puerto rican actress!!! The caribbean and other latino countries have more amazing talent!! This is what America Ferrera talked about in her speech at the Emmys!!!

I hope to hear more of her in the next patch!! I'm just giddy and happy with her.

honestly i tried a similar thread and it got deleted so this prolly will to. but people are honestly just complaining about EVERYTHING this year, its such a bad start honestly. picto, bst, new zones, new characters. it literally just feels like wuk is the next easy target, and unfortunely its spilled into hating on her actual irl va. ive seen to many ppl attacking her as racist or not a real woman. its horrible to see. this community needs to take a hard look at itself and ask if its time to find another game, because this level of hate before its even a tangable thing (dt) is just crying to me that they dont like this game anymore

as someone that was incredibly burnt out on the MSQ, especially because of how much of a boring, uneventful drag the whole void story arc was, Wuk Lamat as a character and Sena Bryer's performance was actually a pleasant surprise to me.

I have to admit after all of the incredibly boring and stupid patch MSQ patch content we've had in Endwalker, I wasn't particularly interested in this patch even knowing it was going to act as our bridge to Dawntrail. However, I was smiling from ear to ear whenever Wuk Lamat was on the screen. I haven't enjoyed story content in this game in well over a year, so it was a breath of fresh air to enjoy myself again.

Very much liked the English voice for Wuk Lamat. There was one point where she sounded a bit off (IIRC it was the yelling at the bird right before the battle with it started?), where I expected her to get louder/angrier as the line ended but the energy seemed to stop increasing halfway through the line - but that was it, everything else sounded great. Her voice sounds like a great fit for the character as written, and I look forward to her acting as Wuk Lamat through Dawntrail. Hopefully she can really nail whatever big emotional scenes Wuk Lamat gets in the coming expansion.

Mao just wants mention something here. Is lots peoples complainings about voice of Lady Fuzzy Cat. Many are sayings is not sound like people from Brazil or people from Mexico or people from other places here in real world. Thems forgetting somethings. Character is Lady Fuzzy Cat from fantasy world. Has anyones here ever met real life Lady Fuzzy Cat? Is anyones here know whats Lady Fuzzy Cat supposed to sounds like? As far as Mao concerned, Lady Fuzzy Cat sounded oks. Mao has no complaints. Now, Mao is no expert on voice actings so maybe is mights be some issues whats only experienced ears can tell. For now though, Mao gonna gives thumb claw ups.
