Use acc rings, acc belt (gc), an explorer's choker, or meld acc onto your gloves, it's not a big deal. It's so easy to get 100% accuracy, it's ridiculous.

Then you are sacrificing other stats.

Everyone knows you can add acc via all the methods you have listed, my point is that the weapon itself has no +acc on it so you have to supplement acc elsewhere trading off damage/hp/whatever
