What do you mean it didn't sound amateurish ? Bro, cartoons from 20-30-40-50 years ago have better voice acting, in english or other languages. If you get a radio chances are very high you can come across channels that features actual actors doing audio dramas that sound thousands of times better and you tell me this is not amateurish lmao.

Well, yeah! Like I do not think it is the best voice acting in the game, but it hardly sounds like an amateur voicing for the first time. But hay, that's just my own opinion though! ^_^

That's fair, but I can't see that happening, ergo at least hoping there'll be some actual improvement without the comically racist accent. Would just love the option to change the language for that one character otherwise, though.

I'm gonna second this. I don't care about the whys and wherefores, but the voice really doesn't work for me. I think the performance is frankly considerably subpar, and it makes it hard to enjoy the character. The inconsistency is grating, to add to the consternation.

I think her voice was great. Energetic, and fun. Kind of reminded me of Sasha and Hange from Attack on Titan.



Honestly if I were to criticize any of the English VA's this patch it would be G'raha's. He sounded kind of bored and checked out this patch.

Thank you for coming to my TED Talk. Wuk Lamat's VA is great and, while yeah her accent does seem a bit forced, it is also explained in-universe that her skill in talking in "Eorzean Common" isn't the greatest. I imagine as we progress through Dawntrail, she will get better and more confident. Or we start learning Turali to make it easier for her.

If you genuinely can't see any other way beyond "Fire them, they aren't good enough for ME." then go to JPN voice and never leave. Because thankfully the VAs don't have to be checked with the playerbase. A playerbase that is often at its own throat for the dumbest of reasons..
