More contests could make the quality of this game higher

So, hear me out. the general consensus is that the overall quality of armour/weapons/mounts isnt very high quality of late, and actually feels like its betraying the games asthetic. (just look at the variant gear ect)

now, im not shaming the devs if the artists are tired and out of good ideas, but there is a solution that would make everybody happy, and thats to give the fans MORE power of what comes into the game at least asthetically.

recently they held a hairstyle and weapon contest, and everything looked so gorgeous and i felt. appealed to what fans really wanted without betraying XIVs asthetic. so what if we had more contests. but for armour too, for mog station glamour. for emotes and even some raid boss design (not mecanics just asthetic) they could even offer a voucher on mog station for winners of about 30$. that way they dont have to pay them.

i think this would take rpessure of the devs and allow the fans to have a stronger mark on the game, and make it look like the game they want. then the devs could focus more on the quality and longevity of content.

just an idea really, but if you agree, hit like, bump the thread; and give your own suggestions if you dont.

God, I wish we held more contests. It's such a win-win, too. CBU3 gets free designs, and we get nice outfits and hairstyles. In a perfect world, they would let players vote on the winners and we'd have a quicker turnaround time on putting the winning results into the game, but god knows that'd just create drama and voting manipulation lmao

comments like this highlight perfect the hypocrasy on the forums. people post negitive thing and get told to stop it. when they post positive things you drown them out with negitivity or nitpick 1 tiny aspect. in the end it just shows you say 1 thing but want the other
