Stop linking exclusive emotes to limited statues if you are going to sell out so fast

I kinda wanted the statue--but given squeenix track record of statues since HW collectors edition, and it being priced higher than high quality arknights and azur lane statues--I passed. It looked nice at the Fanfest screenshots someone posted on social media. But when I saw the price, I slowly backed out of wanting it (kinda like the price for the HQ figures of the Nier Automata stuff lol)

More fun facts: On the JP site you can still pre-order and it is listed at 39,600円 which ends up being nearly $100 USD cheaper, and that is BEFORE you add in the insane shipping costs on the SE Store. Oh and they let you buy up to 10 at one time L O L.

I assume the safest method would be to force, at the time of purchase, association of your account to the statue and then you can't unbind it to your account. And, you know.... make it account wide, because it's $400 freaking macaroonies.

Naturally would take away the ability to gift it, and that is unfortunate, which I have literally done in the past. Perhaps the first wave is account bound on purchase and then after that, whatever whoever. Something like Steam did for their Steam decks and stuff.

I would have actually bought it if the statue was the same quality as the Ultima one. Bit... it isn't.
