Not really. There's no way to verify the users or accounts involved.
Best to spend your time on actual issues in the game.
And even then they're of course not even on main, they use throw away accounts for said service only so worst case scenario they just do or use another one
See if anything between the subs from said accounts and the freaking skips rather than loosing it just benefits them more economically, so even if aware of the problem is just not worth for their wallet, which is mainly what they care about
When I was googling for raid guides for someone in another post, a bunch of websites like that came up. The most you could probably do is contact the support desk out of the game and link it to them. They probably won't do anything, but the information might make its way to the team who handle it. They probably won't do much with it, but they might, if they go far enough as to contact their hosting provider about the activities being conducted. I doubt a web host would want suspicious and untrustworthy activity happening.
In other news, there is no technical debt from 1.0.
"We don't have ... a technological issue that was carried over from 1.0, because ARR was meant to kind of discard what we had from 1.0 and rebuild it from the engine."

That sword and armor combo I can understand, but those gloves? Surely there are better fingerless gloves to go with that armor.
No offense but I really don't think they need you to report it to be aware that site exists.....
Really not much you can do about it. A lot of big XIV resources have ads on them, and they don't vet those ads so sometimes you end up seeing stuff like this if you turn off adblocker.
