    GC (Flames) 2nd Lt Promotion issues

    Before I throw the teddies out of the cot due to this continuing problem with little to no help from official support, I know there is a wealth of knowledge in the community so just putting this out there. Level 52 sprout lancer - 17k seals, 2nd GC hunting log complete, Quest Gilding the Bilious completed, but that silly NPC keeps telling me my trial isn’t complete? What the heck am I doing wrong and what trial more importantly is there a solution which doesn’t involve moving GC? PS anyone else feel abandoned by square Enix support?
