I say for the longevity of the game, these suggestions are critical if they want to keep the game going for another 10 years.

The game isn't going to tank in five years because it doesn't have hair physics and rosy cheeks.

Genshin Impact runs on phones which can't compare to the raw power of computers and laptops, and the aesthetics still look great.

Genshin also doesn't have to worry about hundreds of players running around the same area.

I think as technology improves, these suggestions will be more possible for them to implement. I think updating the graphics to keep up with the current times is important.
