This. They need to make it so you can choose the leves you want. Random is fine with battlecraft leves, where they offer a large selection of leves for each level range, but crafting doesn't. They either need to add a lot more leves, or make it like fieldcraft and faction leves and display ALL the leves.

agreed, though with 2.0 in mind.. I'm sure they have something more planned with these. Additions with new leves or exactly what your thinking. Maybe even something new entirely. With the major focus on 2.0 however, nothing will be done till then. I honestly don't mind the current setup, however completely understand why most would desire more.
