All Worlds Maintenance (Jan. 15-16)

In order to replace equipment for the Japanese Data Center, conduct maintenance on the infrastructure, and implement Patch 6.55, we will be performing maintenance on all Worlds at the time below, during which FINAL FANTASY XIV will be unavailable.

* Due to equipment replacement for the Japanese Data Center, an error will appear when accessing the launcher during the first half of the maintenance, and it will not be accessible. The launcher is expected to be accessible around Jan. 15, 2024 9:00 p.m. (PST).

During this time period, news will not be available on Lodestone. We will announce news on our official forums and official X (@FFXIV_NEWS_EN) if needed.

*Due to equipment replacement for the Japanese Data Center, characters visiting other Worlds in the Japanese Data Center will be returned to their Home World during the maintenance.

*The Data Center Travel System will be suspended 30 minutes before maintenance begins and will be unavailable until maintenance has ended.

*The following Mog Station services/ features will be suspended 30 minutes before and will be unavailable until maintenance has ended.
- Home World Transfer Service
- Character Renaming Service
- Item code/Gift code entry

* The Online Store/Mog Station will also be undergoing maintenance. Please see "Online Store / Mog Station Maintenance (Jan. 15-16)" for details.

* The FINAL FANTASY XIV COMPANION app will also be undergoing maintenance. Please see "Companion App Maintenance (Jan. 15-16)" for details.

*In the FINAL FANTASY XIV forums, there will be a time period during which it may not be possible to make new character forum registrations or edit information. In addition, character images may not be displayed.

*After the maintenance, data recorded on the Duty Recorder prior to the maintenance will not be able to be replayed.
