I cannot progress the story.

I decided to come back and play after a long hiatus, I am currently Lvl 69 and would like to try out the new classes. I know in order to do so I need to progress the story. Currently I am trying to complete the quest "The Lady of Bliss", but cannot find a group to complete the dungeon, to then progress the story. I have queued up yesterday for 2 hours, and also today for about an hour. Is there anyway to solo/skip this quest so I can continue the game, or am I just stuck here forever?

Unfortunately that's a trial, not a dungeon, so Duty Support isn't available.

That said, two hours is a REALLY long time to be waiting for a low(ish) level MSQ duty that's in Trial Roulette. Did you somehow end up in the Party Finder instead of the Duty Finder, or something?

Emanation shouldnt take that long to que for, even at off hours. With that said, there are alternate ways. In addition to the Duty Finder and its random matching, the game also has a Party Finder tool(which is under the Party menu, rather then the Duty one). You tell the game what content you want to do(in this case Emanation), and it opens a party that anyone who has access to that content can join(along with advertising your group to those looking). You have the choice to wait for a whole party and do the fight normally, snagging a couple helpers and queing for the fight(more party members will speed up matchmaking), or snagging a couple helpers and running the fight "Unsynced". Unsynced means that you go with your full level(as do your teammates) and with the group as-is rather then waiting for more - though, in exchange for giving up the level sync the rewards for clearing are smaller(no exp for the clear, less or no drops, etc). One or two helpers 80+ would easily get you through this fight if you did decide to go unsynced. And lest you think no one would want to help, helping a player get their first clear gives some small bonuses to the party(bonuses are synced or unsynced). And finally, if you are in/can join your servers Novice Network(a chat channel where in-game Mentors can assist newer/returning players) it should be easy enough to ask for assistance and get some volunteers.

What I personally did when taking an alt through the MSQ, to avoid the queue time, was to level to 80 and purchase item level 510 gear and solo'd it as a tank using the Unrestricted setting. I don't recommend that because it was very challenging, it probably took me about 40 minutes, and I had to learn a secret mechanic that allows you to get the boss to heal you.

However, if you got all the way to 90 and purchased 620 gear from the market board, it may be a lot easier than when I did it due to the higher level and gear cap now. You could also try it with 1 other person if you can find a friend.

One thing that has helped me is choosing all languages while queuing up for a duty and i never have to wait that much even when playing a dps class

Would visiting another Datacenter help with this? Had a similar issue a friend reported to me today and moving over to Crystal temporarily seemed to solve that problem.
