its spells are far to stong, not a single 1 of them is fit for combat in dumbed down endwalker content. the fact that u people want blumage castrated down to a shell of itsself tells me youve never raided on it at all. you clearly dont appreciate how it works

I completely agree with individuals who say that making BLU work for standard activities is going to harm their identity, but this "Limited Job" concept is not it, chief.

What's the point of creating classes like BLU and Beastmaster that can't be played as mains if it's only for fan service?

I'd argue that it'd only 'harm their identity' because we've had 'this BLU' for several years. If they had made it an actual job, from the get-go, this whole BS about 'the identity' would not come up. RDM's identity was adapted to fit FFXIV's SB combat formula. DRK doesn't spend HP on skills like old games (does in PVP though) because 'oops DRK got greedy, and killed themselves by doing too much spending right before a raidwide' is going to cause issues in parties. SGE is a SGE in name only, being completely different from the old games. BRD cannot decide if it wants to be a BRD or a Ranger and oscillates between the two each expansion. BLU could have worked in this game, without compromising massively on it's identity. They did not do that, so now we're used to this form of BLU. And because we've got this BLU, some people cannot see the potential BLU has as an archetype. They see what SE did and go 'well that's the only way it could have been done'
