    [ Graphical Update Feedback ] Aliasing

    First I want to say that I'm really happy with what I've seen of the graphical update when it comes to the new characters models, armors and lighting. I think the teams has been working hard on making those things look better and more detailed while keeping the essence of what they already looked like, and I truly appreciate it.

    With this in mind, I am disappointed with the apparent lack of change when it comes to antialiasing. From all the videos I have seen from the different Fanfest it looks like no change have been made on this front. I think the aliasing (visual artifacts and jagged edges around objects) does take from the graphical upgrade, and it will stand out more as a lot of things in the game like textures, models, shaders, etc get upgraded. It's not very visible in screenshots, but in movement it will hold back the visuals of the game.

    It's especially visible on the tree leaves around 0:8 - 0:10, but also on a lot of straight vertical lines in the building on this video (0:22 - 0:25 for example)

    I understand that it's not a simple task to add modern tech like TAA or FSR/DLSS to a 10 years old game, but I think that a major graphical update is the perfect time to work on it, and it would be nice to get some insight from the developers on this subject.
