Sorry if I'm late in just now noticing this but Urqopacha is a region we'll be visiting in Dawntrail, which is in Yok Tural. I am also certain that is a reference to Incan mythology. Specifically, the ukhu pacha.
I've researched Incan beliefs, but here's an excerpt from Wikipedia:
The pacha (often translated as world) was an Incan concept for dividing the different spheres of the cosmos in Incan mythology. There were three different levels of pacha: the hana pacha (Quechua, meaning "world above"), ukhu pacha ("world below"), and kay pacha ("this world"). The realms are not solely spatial, but were simultaneously spatial and temporal. Although the universe was considered a unified system within Incan cosmology, the division between the worlds was part of the dualism prominent in Incan beliefs. This dualism found that everything which existed had dual features (both hot and cold, positive and negative, dark and light, etc.).
Someone mentioned earlier in this thread that a previous FF game featured different worlds colliding or blending together and that could be what's happening in Dawntrail.
Welp, if they are following Incan mythology, there ya go!
Yep! Both facts make me happy as well, and from her trailer line and the hints that they've dropped about her personality she sounds fun. And a XIV player would started back in 1.0. I'm strongly hoping that most of the new VAs for Dawntrail are various LatAm - even if it does highlight how sadly impossible a Spanish Dub for XIV would be at this late stage.
This also hints that the other VAs for Tural characters will be from outside the Europe. Which, to my personal delight, also means the strong likelihood of the new villain, whomever they are, facing off against our heroes with mostly British accents will have a distinctly American one. Which, I’ve talked about how much I love that particular trope inversion with the Seanchan.
I wonder if Wuk Lamat’s JP VA or another new Tural NPC is Nikkei Brazilian?
Imagine if Nutkin plays a important role in this expansion storyline.
It has been a while since we last saw this little guy and he seem to be more fond of Thancred now.
Considering Nutkin's reactions during his moment in the trailer, it almost seems like Nutkin been searching for Thancred for a while and is just happy to finally find him again.

It’s the squirrel that has been with Thancred to protect his bits from the camera from the time he teleported to the wilderness naked between ARR and HW. He’s been “hiding” around Thancred throughout MSQ ever since. He even shows up in ShB several times. He also shows up in Eorzea Encyclopedia as Thancred’s “boon companion”.
And if you were here or other FFXIV talking spaces after EU fanfest’s extended trailer, he was “proof” we were getting druid class as the missing caster since the camera lingered on him a bit longer than it should have and that meant it was a person about to transform.

Yep, Nutkin been Thancred side companion that often appears in a "Where's Waldo" situation which has prompt certain players to keep a eye out for Nutkin whenever Thancred is appearing. It’s the squirrel that has been with Thancred to protect his bits from the camera from the time he teleported to the wilderness naked between ARR and HW. Honestly, if Nutkin does end up being a actual person transformed as a Nutkin I will probably have to pause the game and laugh at the situation since Thancred most likely never realized Nutkin is maybe a person in disguise.
Would be more funny if Nutkin turns out to be this new girl on the top for the Dawntrail poster....
