Glamoured Abilities for Classes

Ability glamour in general would be too complicated and not worth the time for how hard it is to provide enough options to please enough people. It would make some people happy and then it would make a lot of people be like "well they added X, why can't we have Y" when in fact they would never care to implement Y no matter how many people asked. And I would prefer all that effort be directed toward more content rather than secondary animations for things that already have animations.

However, it should be easy enough to allow us to downgrade animations for actions that trait up. For example, choose to use the Stone III animation for Glare or choose to use the Rage of Halone animation for Royal Authority.
