Unfortunately, the issue you are describing is something we are not able to assist with in the Technical Support Forums. As the account in question is European in region, we advise contacting the European Support Center, otherwise please have your friend contact the support center of the region of the account instead. When creating the ticket, we recommend selecting the categories that best apply to the issue at hand and then providing all the relevant details of the situation in the description such as: the item purchased, date purchased, why it cannot be used, whether or not the item is in their inventory unused, etc.

This thread will be moved to the 'Separate Support Required’ subforum as contact with the Square Enix Support Center and/or Game Masters is necessary to resolve the issue.
