Ps5 Controller Attachments?

I recently started playing the game and really enjoy it, but I quickly came to the realization that using the "Hold" function for the cross hotbar was something that made my fingers hurt after a play session. I swapped to toggle but now I'm limited.

My question is can the Controller keyboard attachment have the keys be assigned to skills just like a regular USB keyboard? I've never had one, but will buy it if the keyboard that sits in between the hand grips can function like a regular keyboard. I like the Controller setup and like sitting on my lazy boy over a hard chair for a mouse and keyboard setup.

Also, their are back paddles I can get. Before buying can anyone confirm if those Controller Attachments will work or not with the game. Any help would be appreciated
