Oh I already tried to submit a bug report in the correct section of the forums for that. They marked it as working as intended. Don't bother.
Here you go:

Notice it has been moved to the working as intended category. They don't care.

I didn't intend for this to be a bug report. Just a "uhm, this is weird and doesn't make sense" post. Perhaps if more people complain about it they will be like "Oh, hey, may we should try to fix this." I never considered it to be a bug (i.e. something they missed). Just. . .weird, haha. Hope that makes sense.Oh I already tried to submit a bug report in the correct section of the forums for that. They marked it as working as intended. Don't bother.

You know maybe it's just me but this sounds suspiciously like you just described a bug. Maybe it's just the rain clipping here but when it was people's genitals clipping through their pants in cyber punk it definitely made the news and was a called a bug there.
The other two tiny "skylights" also have the rain clip but not the rest of ground floor so it does seem like it's intended.
I also doubt that the windows are glazed, The seems to always come from the north and it does come through the northmost window in addition to from the skylights.
There is a bug though. As Carin-Eri mentions, one of the small skylights is over the bed and the rain drips through the foot of the bed to directly underneath it instead of only around it. There's no drips under the head of the bed but it's hard not to believe that the entire bed wouldn't end up soaked.
They are trying to create a demand for the new Disciple of the Hand job called Roofer in the next expansion.
May want to take another look at the "roof" - there is a rather large, if decorative, hole that would explain the rain. Likely the mammets were too lazy to put any glass in it.
