Forcing yourself to "find something fun" to do is not a good idea to do anything. It will only make you feel worse. You need to change your routine.

Im taking a long break from fully playing FFXIV and its helping me refresh my mind on enjoying other forms of content rather than having to force myself into finding things to do.
