What can i do at max level excluding dungeons/raid/trials?

Since i lost interest in doing those things years ago.
I wonder what else can i do at max level.
When i started playing wow in 2007, i was taking every reputation to max, doing daily heroic everyday etc.
Nowadays those things doesn't interest me anymore.
I wonder what else can i do at max level.

I got to that point myself a while back, being done with all the reputations, having all the jobs at 90, not really caring about dungeons/raids.

I mostly started working on collections and achievements, like ranking up my Anima weapons, catching all the big fish, collecting Triple Triad cards.

Recently, I'm mostly only logging on to work on my relic tools and do the weekly turnins to get more scrips. I've been taking the opportunity to go play other games and only check on this one once a week or do crafting in the background while I read. A lot of good games came out this year!
