Can't load map

I came back to FF14 recently, downloaded game (with few attempts) and finally menaged to start game, after some time when doing quests I was told to go to "Western La Nostrea" sadly when trying to use any source of travel to get to this segment of map my game stucks in infinite loading screen (on Direct X 9) or crashes right away (on Direct X 11), my character is also trapped in "limbo" since any tries to log in on character end with infinite loading screen (solved issue by visiting other worlds).

For me looks like its either missing files of map or simply corrupted files.

My question is if I can do any file verifie or can I redownload missing files without need of redownloading entire game again.

My game is installed on external drive which is not cause of issue for me atm.

We would like to apologize for the error you are experiencing. We would like to suggest that you try the following troubleshooting steps:

- Perform a clean boot by opening the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Then be sure to disable everything.
- Please be sure that Final Fantasy XIV is installed to the C: Drive. (Having the game installed on a different drive can sometimes lead to issues)
- Please be sure to disable or remove any overlays (Discord, Steam, NVIDIA etc.) as they may interfere with startup.
- Make sure that the Windows OS is fully updated. (Please ensure that optional items are also installed)
- Due to the nature of the issue, we would highly suggest re-installing as this will ensure that all the files are cleared out.
- We would also suggest to delete the Patch Folder: Navigate to the folder using this path This PC > Docs > My Games> FFXIV ARR > Downloads > FFXIV patch (Then either rename or remove the folder, the next time FINAL FANTASY XIV is launched, the client will repair the folder)
