I don't need exp, stones or a drop of gil inflated by any other earning method. Wondrous tails is somewhat remotly worth it if you want to grind something playing battle-job. But I got tired of doing freebies for someone else's "all-jobs lvl 90" screenies.
Would that kill them to drop second chances into daily roulettes at least, like guaranteed one to two for each category? And compenaste MGP reward pool for that with something really cool with price tag of millions to grind for?

But I suppose the player pool for roulettes is healthy enough with current system. Otherwise, look at those que timers and see you if things change.

If you're coming up short on second chance points for Wondrous Tails, have you considered checking PF for players looking for first time clears on EX trials (especially those listed on your current WT)? Many are just looking for the clear and are happy to do them unsynced.

Getting access to the Novice Network is also a way to get more second chance points since new players (or new alts) will frequently ask for assistance with duties they haven't done before,

Joining a FC that is focused on helping new players with the leveling experience is another way to get more second chance points.

I doubt SE is going to add them as a roulette reward since the purpose is to reward players for helping new characters get their first time clears, not for buddying up with 3 friends to do roulettes. Adding them as a roulette bonus may lead to queue times getting worse, not better. It's not an increasing number of players in queue that will shorten queue times. It's having the proper ratio of tank to healer to DPS that shortens queue times. Considering the role representation ratio among jobs is currently 4T/4H/11D (becoming 13D in Dawntrail) and there aren't many players that prefer to use tank or healer jobs in roulettes, queue times are going to be a problem no matter what rewards get added to roulettes.

Well, I happen to preffer playing a tank and only a tank. Putting aside playing for fun argument, I just want to get something tangible in the end aside ggs and commendations I can't even wipe my... aghm.

May be put MGPs themselves into roulette or make solo roulette with special rewards for role in need (similar to mentor). And make MGP vouchers for promise of very valuable item in the future sold for those vouchers. I WANT SOMETHING TO GRIND WITH BATTLE JOB between updates aside savage or ultimates, which if you're not "late for the party", can be puged in no time.

"Helping" newbies outside quick automated matching can't even compare to erning MGP by just standing in Gold Saucer.
