...Didn't you say your sub ran out on the 20th and you'd be out of here by then? You are confused about who I am trying to reach out to or influence. Couldn't care less what this cheating community thinks, square enix is all that matters and they read the forums. Lil bro really thinks his position matters.
Also, FFXIV isn't a dying game. It's a dead game. The only people who care about it are those who break ToS to get by in content they can't clear without cheats, or people who idle in limsa lominsa with third party cosmetics. The game is dead, even though it is commercially successful. The game that matters has been dead for a long time. Square enix just doesn't care about ToS or meaningful content because they don't have to do anything right, third party addons will keep the shills here forever.
Or you chose to take the Aveyond route where you keep throwing money at SE just to keep bitching on the forums?
A lot of the good players have stopped playing, considering FF14 fosters and coddles bad players, theres lots of them that play the game and typically have really bad attitudes.

Not quite the same but its supportive what I've always said in FF14, its the bad players that are the toxic ones and FF14 is full of them.
I'm not arguing with any of you, I'm making posts on the forum about an issue this game has. You don't really think you have an argument do you?If all you care about is getting your message to Square, I can assure you from the multiple posts you've made and threads you've been a part of that they probably know by now. If you're expecting some kind of personal acknowledgment from them, I hate to break it to you but they don't reply to anything in here outside of moving threads here from the tech forums. The community managers that randomly pop up are just here to make an introduction and then leave never to be heard from again.
Go enjoy the holidays and consider your job completed. Put your time to something more productive other than arguing with people you supposedly don't care about.
I'm not, my sub is inactive since the 20th like I said. If you mean the forums, because I want to be playing the game.
You don't need an active sub to post on forums. Maybe eventually I will lose access, but I am pleasantly surprised to see it's not needed for now.

You got 2 weeks I believe from after the last day of your sub to when you lose forum access.
I think your problem is that you're not here for the community. Hence why you're allways against them. You don't try to understand why ppl mod or what drives them to it. You just see mod bad and set your claws on them. Sure. If they're cheating then that's horrible and square is trying but not really trying too. Yoship just kinda finger wags them which is no use... but he understands the demand for mods is mostly qol. Graphics, ui and that's why he's adding them to the game. I cannot understand why you hate them so much when they're purpose is only to make something more enjoyable. You are confused about who I am trying to reach out to or influence. Now. I'm on ps5 before you accuse Me of anything. So I can't use mods. But if I could I would becayse I want a very specific long spiky ponytail for my male aura that there is a mod of.
Eh, people have always been toxic. It's part of playing a social game with ppl that we like and people we don't like (MMOs).
Sorry to hear you encounter this kind of ppl, but there's more good out there than bad, trust me ^^.
The problem with end-game savage is the lack of control over the time it takes to clear it. There should be some kind of point system in place similar to PvP so that there is a direct cap on how long it takes to "complete" the tier, at least in terms of acquiring all the gear, rather than it being based on strictly beating every single fight, because it isn't possible for everyone who is doing savage to "beat" savage all the way through. At this point if they were running a trophy point system like in PvP, anyone still doing this would have their 635 weapon and full set of armor at the very least, if not multiple sets of armor. Unfortunately, the design of hard mode content in MMOs rarely leads to good community standards because its too focused on a all or nothing approach to reward.
If a pack of wolves has a weaker member that is getting old and frail, that wolf eventually is unable to keep up and is left behind. This is just a natural thing that happens in the wild and it happens in end game MMO groups all the time, except in the case of MMO groups it is far more based on the schedule and life of the people playing, rather than strictly health and fitness. If someone can't make 3 days a week anymore and it comes at the cost of the group being able to keep up on content, potentially causing trouble for others who want to get the entire thing over with, you bet the rest of the group is going to want that weak link out. So eventually, this creates this problem of everyone is enjoying savage during the launch and the few weeks after, but then it turns into this culling of the weak, shuffling of the groups, etc, that results in an overly negative malaise over everything.
