Sorry if this is the wrong place but my friend (Rinka Rin) has a problem and she is really struggling to get any help - English isn't her first language either.
Is there any e-mail address she can contact anywhere regarding a store purchase?
She bought a story skip for a character that has already story skipped by accident - she can't give it away to anyone else and it's not a cheap item either.
I guess you won't give a refund but she shouldn't be able to buy something she then can't use.
Are there any contact details you can give me so she can contact someone and at least ask? The drop down options available at the support centre just don't relate at all to her issue.
