    Character seems not logged out for a week + can't log onto my other characters

    Please help, I have not been able to play for a week while Square Enix enjoys my subscription fee.

    Hello,

    I have a character that seems to be corrupted, and right now also does not allow me to log in with any of my other characters. I have been experiencing this for a week now.

    When I try to log onto the seemingly corrupted character, I get this, and it never goes away no matter how long I keep my game on this popup:



    When I try to delete the character, I get the below - again, I've been getting these for a week, so it's not like the server is booting my character out or anything:



    This character was a new character I made on NA/Dynamis/Maduin.

    When I try to log in with any other character - namely on NA data centers, because for some reason playing on EU and JP still works - it does not let me log in with any of them and I get a red herring 90002 error.

    However, I've made a separate brand new free account to test this and am able to play on NA data centers with it, so it is not a connection issue. I've tried logging on via a friend's PC on a completely different network too, and I still get the above issues, while he is able to log into his characters just fine.

    Can SE staff please help with this? I haven't been able to play during my current period of subscription. This does not appear to be a client-side issue; I really think someone needs to reset or roll back the status of one of my characters.

    This problem has been occurring before my previous subscription ended, and when I resubscribed today, I still am having this issue. So my subscription ending did not even kick my character out.

    Waiting has not been fixing the issue (once again, it's been a week), and I paid to play.

    I have also changed my account password multiple times during this problem, so it is not a security issue either.
