I submitted a ticket to support on cleaning up my "CAD" because I had made a massive mess out of it. The first responder started that it was he was the in-game support. Apparently it was passed to the FINAL FANTASY XIV Game Master Team. While they were unable to help me, I thanked them for their time and wished the team a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Years.
I just got a response email from them acknowledging my email and they wished me and my family a Merry Christmas and Happy New Years.
Even though they were unable to help me, letting them know I appreciated them contacting me instead of just ignoring my request.
I eventually found the answer to my question on google.
