Lost my house

Well, it looks like I lost my house despite visiting it often enough to keep it. I was vigilant enough for years to keep my house, but the game didn’t care. Anyway, my stuff is at the resident caretaker and I don’t have enough free space to get everything back. Am I just going to lose all of my housing collection?

YOu would have gotten a demo email a week before actually demolition. it won't tell you which character it will just say your plot is slated for demolition in 7 days. I gotten one last month because I had been on a different DC altogether. if its a bug as you say it is you need to file a GM ticket.

Oddly I've never gotten a notice email, even in my spam.
Of the once or twice I had it come close, the ingame timers menu and the system notice in the chat box always worked.

I even intentionally let myself get close for testing. Made a dumb video to help people recognize it.
But even then there was no email.

The email will randomly not go out sometimes.

From experience. I've had my house be a little close before due to vacation and such, and never received an email at all. I've heard cases of people getting emails after their house got demo'd too.

Let's be honest, the system sucks and is unreliable at best. I wouldn't be surprised at all if something didn't get flagged properly and they lost their house.

Mao curious. Did interact with stuffs inside house? Some peoples been reportings that sometimes just being in house does not reset timer.

I lost my house, too. Well, it wasn't technically my house, but it technically was. My RL friend bought it back in 2.X and started a FC with his brother without me knowing. I got invited to it. Years go by, my friend and his brother go inactive/unsubscribe, and the game gives me ownership of the house and leadership of the FC. I did a pretty darn good job at keeping up on cancelling auto demolition, right up until last month ><.

So now I'm gonna try and make up for the loss by buying a mansion... in Empyreum.

My goal is to save up enough money to get one by Dawntrail's release. Huzzah!

Did you had a retainer bell, NPC mender & merchant before?

Usually you’d have at least engage on either of them.

Entering house unfortunately doesn’t do it.

Yes it does, I have multiple houses I cancel auto demo on every month and all I have to do is enter the house and it cancels it.
