Cant relocate fc

I have an fc and a private house on famfrit. I wanted to relocate my fc to a plot in shirogane. I made sure my fc estate settings are clear for relocation. I got to the plot and try to enter the lottery. I get through all the prompts and it says I cannot buy the land since the account has the max amount owned. Yes that’s correct only my main account owns any land. I have transferred my fc before from goblet to the mist before the lottery. Now I’m trying to use the lottery and it just won’t let me relocate? I’m confused I meet all the requirements. I just want to enter the lotto to relocate my fc. The house mentioned is available for both fc or private ownership.

Again to be clear my account on famfrit only had two houses attached to the account. The fc and private home. This is what is allowed by SE. So I don’t understand why I can’t relocate. Even on the plaque on the lottery says about relocation.

Not sure the reason, but could another FC member be put in charge of the bid?

Did a different character on your service account purchase the current FC house and is still in the FC? If so, that's the only character on your account that you can use to enter the lottery for relocation. It's a flaw in the system.

If you have 3 or more characters in the FC and you're trying to use all of them to place multiple bids, you need to remove the character that made the original FC house purchase so you can bid with the others. Once the lottery is over and you've finalized purchase of the new plot (if you win), you can add the removed alt back to the FC.
