What would it take to make you unsub from xiv

I'm half and half when it comes to being satisfied with the game, theirs certainly a lot I like about ff14, but I do also have issues that have become more and more into the games life cycle, I think right now I use the game socially sometimes, if not i do sometimes do content, but I don't need to play everyday. I think that the game could be way better with a lot of things, but it's still enjoyable to me to a degree.

I think one reason why I stay is more the Sub price isn't really anything I worry about, I'm in a position where I can afford it and I do actually want to log in sometimes to do dailies, or I want to talk to people in game, If I was struggling I wouldn't pay for the game that's for sure.

I think I'd stop playing if, The sub prices went up where i didn't think the trade off was worth it or I just get more tired of the game, then I may unsub, but right now it's "good enough" (because really my issue with EW is that it's more only "Good enough" rather then standing out as a great expansion, I know the game can be better) or find another mmo that I personally find more fun and appealing.

For me to unsub. Next expansion DRK would have to be the lowest dps tank. No self sustain added and it to be the same as it is now in dungeons and even worse in raids. NIN would have to be the worst melee dps.

The relic would have to be a copy and past of EW with the tomes grind. Friends leaving the game. Bad raids and alliance raid.

Lastly no change in healers dps kit. I am subbed up until the beginning of DT if it releases in June. For me to unsub there has to be a better MMO and the jobs have to take another bad turn similar to how EW did.

I think I'd only unsub if some really awful things happened in the story and I just had no drive to continue with it. But honestly even then, I might still stick around if my friends were still playing.

Lack of content relevant to my interests. I'm entirely out of things to do right now. My sub ran up half a month ago and I just didn't renew it. Not that there isn't content that I haven't done, but I've exhausted just about everything I care to do at this point.

I'll probably resub in January for part two of the story... however much that actually is. I can't imagine it'll be much at all, but that's about it. After that, I think I'll just be waiting for (or dreading) the media tour stuff.

Probably when I feel like I am personally no longer able to get anything out of the game. Which for me is incredibly difficult since I enjoy achievement hunting, whether it has been on this game, or on another platform entirely, e.g., on Playstation before I migrated to PC. Granted, some months I may only play for a few days in the week, and for maybe only 2-3 hours at a time, depending.. and some other months I'll play a significant amount more.

Okay so you want me to explain the difference between being subbed to ffxiv and logging on. 1. Any1 on ft/or free login campaign can log on. 2. They don't pay a sub.

The moment SE decides to follow WoW route and resort to stat crushes with each new expansion, as a cheap way to fix poor game design, Mao is gone. Is soul-crushings to work so hard to build ups character only to has it knocked back down agains.
