What would it take to make you unsub from xiv

I've seen latley a lot of people threatening to unsub from the game because "its gone downhill since 6.1", but so far I haven't seen any real action myself on this. Instead it seams players have chosen simply not to log on instead of unsubbing.

Honestly I would argue that people already are taking action. Some of the most active users in here have been missing for a while now, and a good chunk is instead leaving large gaps inbetween subs, while before they would be subbed for pretty much every month without fail. It's certainly my case, at least.

So tell me. Those upset with the game- what does it need to take for you to unsub

By unsubbing you mean temporarily or permanently?

For temporarily, content that doesn't engage me. I'm not a fan of most of the content introduced in EW, and the lack of exploratory zones really hurts my enjoyment of the game.

For permanently, it would take the jobs not feeling fun to me anymore. I stick around because I still enjoy playing some of them (even if less than before), but I would be lying if I said I'm not worried for the direction the combat design is heading towards. If the devs keep with their job "streamlining" spree, I won't see myself staying for long.
