Launcher is Registering me as a Free Trial player, when I am not.

Hello, I'm having an incredibly troubling issue with my FF14 launcher at the moment, after a pretty nasty PC hard crash (The screen went black, and had to manually shut down the PC with the power button, not ideal but I had no other option). Regardless, ever since then, whenever I log into my launcher using my password it's registering me as a free trial player and asking me to buy the full version, furthermore, non of my characters appear, and it seems to be an entirely clean slate with nothing on it. This is especially troubling given that I do own every expansion, including Endwalker. Furthermore, I checked my mogstation and Square Enix service account and everything seems to be there and still around. The problem seems to still persist even after multiple PC restarts, two uninstalls and reinstalls, and a few router resets. I'm honestly at my wits end and don't really know what to do now...
