Please fix the Hrothgar/Viera head gear equip issue

Please let Hrothgars and Vieras wear hats.
This isn't new. At first it was a funny haha kinda situation, "oh no they can't wear hats oopsie" joke. But as time passes and we move on from Shadowbringers and Endwalker there's really no excuse as to why new head gears being released are unequippable on Hrothgar and Vieras. People had to buy fantasias to play in these races and the fact that when we're almost in 2024 and Dawntrail is on the horizon, but the 4-year-old races still don't have generally equippable head gear, especially on seasonal events that are newly rolling out, is ridiculous. How is it that you can't just make them equippable before you roll out the updates and events? Why is it that some gear can be equipped on hroths and vieras, but the majority of the other head gears just can't be equipped?
With the addition of the eyeglasses (and possible, potentially(?) female hrothgars) in the new expansion, now that we will have two fully ungenderlocked races and devs no longer working on 16, will THEY finally make hats and head gears equippable on these races, or will you keep the status quo of "specific items can be equipped but most others cannot"? I don't even play these races and I find it ridiculous.
Honestly just clip normal hats in their ears!! It's not like we don't have any hair or gear clipping into each other already.

I've come to accept at this point that they won't because they simply don't care enough. It's clear a biased of some kind towards certain items. For example... a lot of collab stuff had effort put into it for Vieira to wear. Is that because it had money behind it? I think in there eyes the in game content given with no financial gain is literally just not worth it to them
