i don't know what is the cause of said problem, currently i am downloading a game on steam with a speed of 94 mb second, so its definitly not an internet problem

I am also having this issue, everything was fine yesterday. I have since uninstalled my game and tried to re install it. I hope they fix this soon!

ya I think it's on square ends because any other games work just fine other then 14 so I wish they fix it fast

also having the issue, i replied in the pinned post to no avail

i have done everything there is to do on my end;

ie: restart, cleared cache/dns/history, ensure internet settings were correct, restore game files, reset modem, even a fresh install doesnt work as the launcher itself is not connecting.

it only started since the maintenance of the mogstation this morning, makes me think its related somehow.

a local friend is also having the issue

Have been having this same issue all day! As with the above posters, have tried the same things to no avail. Not on steam either. How long does it usually take to get a response about the issue?

I found on Reddit that others are having the same issues - many of which were using Bell in Ontario Canada (I am as well) I turned on my VPN and it went away... so it seems to be a random ISP thing that is resolving for some, and not others. If you have a VPN - I suggest giving that a try!

i think the isp provider in the appartment i live is also bell and i am in quebec
