Couldn't help but flashback Dr. Seuss with that lol.
Star-Bellied Sneetches wearing star-bellied sneeds walking and thneeding what thneeding was their great need, screatching and reaching, far and wide, the tears could be heard from all inside, from the trees of the SE headquarters there was a wonderous YoshiP, he who was watching and had given a great sneeze!
And then he said something like JP ONLY*. Classic story. Lol
More seriously though, while I imagine a lot of developers have a higher /chance/ to be reading in their preferred language (I imagine that is like 99.9% Japanese).. from what I recall from long ago they collect feedback across all the forums and then parse it out to the related people who may want that info. In which case feedback is likely filtered (accidently and purposefully) and all delivered in Japanese. Or in another way I strongly believe they get feedback from all sources, given what I've seen and personally gave feedback myself, though a lot of it has to be in the realm of faith and 'seems to be the case' since we don't have specific examples of SE interacting with us much (including Japanese) because they don't really talk 'back' much. More of a one directional system where it temporarily shifts at live letters.
*Context: "JP ONRY" For those who didn't play FFXI, like 20 years ago @_@, it was sort of a meme because it was not uncommon for non-Japanese speaking players to be not allowed, or even kicked out of, Japanese groups. They, earlier in the game's life span, I doubt it now, didn't want to play with you lol (some people attempt to make excuses for or against, whatever- the situation was they, not all, would frequently exclude players who couldn't speak Japanese). You can see JP ONLY (sometimes literally said like that as I saw a few friends get it haha), and ONLY was 'somehow' changed to JP ONRY.. somehow.. lol
