Why is "Report Cheating" still disabled in in-game Support Desk?

You can submit a report but I highly doubt that the report will actually reach anyone. Under "History" tab, you can trace the reports you have made in the past, but any report made with "Report Cheating" is not showing up, so I just assume the reports do not go through, or rather straight to the trash bin.

In the meanwhile, the very same player (with Best-in-slots and TOP weapon) is still farming fates 24/7 for bicolor gemstone vouchers since forever, not even worrying about getting suspended. Surely the gils earned will not be laundered for RMT, right? SE just decided to let these players roam free without any repercussion.

For that matter, do you even know they're selling the vouchers? How do you know they're not working toward the Fallen Angel Wings?

If they've been farming gemstones since the expansion release, they easily could have purchased the wings by now.

That's not to say that the player must be engaging in RMT. I know a few players that genuinely enjoy FATE farming though they focus on getting the achievement FATEs spawned across all Crystal worlds so others can get their achievements and rewards.

But there are also bot groups that are gemstone farming for RMT (evidently is more lucrative than Eureka bunny FATEs and treasure maps). If the player the OP is referring to is doing it as a part of a consistent group, I'd be suspicious too. If they're doing the FATEs solo, then it's unlikely it's anything nefarious. Going solo would be too slow for RMT purposes.

I'm always curious when people claim someone is doing an activity 24/7. Do they not sleep themselves so they can stalk their target's every move? It would be hard to get BIS gear and Ultimate Weapons if they're doing FATEs 24/7. You can't buy those with gemstones.

I'm always curious when people claim someone is doing an activity 24/7. Do they not sleep themselves so they can stalk their target's every move? It would be hard to get BIS gear and Ultimate Weapons if they're doing FATEs 24/7. You can't buy those with gemstones.

All you need to do is visit the same nodes at different times of the day over a long period of time to start noticing names, I still gather nodes for expert crafts since they sell for a ton and I can bet a gil cap there I will find x and y gathering no matter what, on the dot, precisely arriving always at the same second the node spawns.
I can go in the morning, during lunch, after lunch, after dinner, middle of the night, never precisely at a specific timed node of the day, and there they are x and y doing their thing. I can stop doing this for a month and then go back and there is still gonna be x and y, still farming.
Or maybe it's all a huge coincidence and we are timeline shifting beings that always happen to sync and merge our closed timelike loop on the same nodes.

Two 'players' moving from one fate to another in the EXACT same manner, summoning mount at the same time, taking off at the same time, taking same path, etc. If I was to trade the player to bring up the trade window, he will just stand still, stop attacking, and won't even respond. Totally normal human behavior? Grinding the game in an automated bot-like manner is definitely not the definition of playing the game.

The vouchers is just purely my speculation. I could be wrong about they selling the vouchers for gils, of course I wouldnt be able to know how and what they spend their bicolor gemstones for.
