Looking for a LS that does more than Power Level Newbs.

Been playing for almost month now, and every linkshell I join either ignores me (never responds to request to party or sometimes even a simple hello... why did I get invited in the first place), or wants to power level me to 50. Are there any "newb friendly" linkshells that do more?

In Pande, PL is frowned upon for new players as we want people to actually not suck at their jobs. We offer helper events twice per week for lower level content, a diverse number of high level crafters that can help with synths, participation in all lv 50 content, players across many timezones, and have a growing community from new players and veterans, to casual and hardcore. If you'd like to apply, you'll start off in a one week trial period and if things go well from there, you move on to full membership.
